How We Verify What We Publish

Most travel sites publish whatever operators pay to list. We built Vakaviti AI to work differently, and this page is where we show our work — not just claim it.

How Operators Get Listed

Every operator who wants to join the Vakaviti network applies through our onboarding process. No operator goes live on any property in the network without a member of our team reviewing the application first.

No operator can pay for a better verification outcome. No operator can pay to skip this process.

How We Price

Displayed pricing is built from a documented pricing model — a transparent formula (base fare plus a distance-based rate, with clear rules for time-of-day and return-trip adjustments) rather than numbers pulled from thin air. When per-km rates change or competitor pricing shifts meaningfully, we update the model directly and propagate the change across the booking flow, routes tables, and marketing copy by hand, reviewed by our team — not auto-published from an external feed. If you ever spot a stale or inconsistent price, that's exactly what the Corrections section below exists for.

What We Won't Do

A Real Team, Not an Anonymous Process

If something's wrong, there's a person accountable for fixing it — not a support ticket that disappears into a queue.

Found an Error?

If you find an error — a wrong price, an outdated detail, a misrepresented operator — we want to know and we fix it. Errors are corrected directly on the page, not silently; where a correction is material, we note when it was made.

Where This Applies

This methodology applies across every property in the Vakaviti network: ComeTo Fiji, Fiji Tour Transfers, Nadi Airport Transfers, Natadola Bay Horse Riding, Tour Fiji, and ComeTo South Pacific as it expands. One standard, applied consistently, not a policy for one site and a different practice elsewhere.
